Mood Board - Font
When choosing which fonts to use I already had a few ideas in mind. This made it easier for me to find the fonts that would fit the desire aesthetic of my magazine. I wanted to use fonts of a 'punky' style to give my magazine an almost distorted look, making it appear unique and therefore helping to increase it's appeal to my audience who most probably like to appear 'edgy'. I also chose an Arial font for use when writing the actual content of the magazine rather than just the mastheads etc. I did this because it's important to make sure that the content of the magazine is eligible, avoiding the potential of putting readers off as a result of having unclear text. In terms of the colour of the font, I stuck with the magazine's colour scheme of red, black and white, changing each time to the colour which appeared most clearly on the background.
